IAS

The Independent Appeals Service for tickets issued by IPC member operators, after an initial operator rejection.

Why it matters

If an IPC operator rejects your first appeal, they’ll direct you to IAS for escalation.

Common mistakes

  • Weak or missing evidence for signage/payment issues.
  • Not aligning your IAS submission with your first appeal facts.

Details

  • Like POPLA, present clear grounds and attach evidence (photos, logs, receipts).
  • Check the IAS timeframe in the operator’s rejection letter.
