Must-have photos

Entrance sign showing the car park name and any ANPR camera notice.
Tariff/terms boards (clear, readable; if small or high up, take a wide shot and a close-up).
Where your car was parked (to show proximity/visibility of signage).
Any machine/payment area and any out-of-order notices.

Payment & timing proof

Receipt or bank statement showing payment (mask unrelated lines).
If ANPR by post: envelope (postmark) or letter with received date to check the 14-day rule.
Parking session or app history (if used).

If relevant

Blue Badge (blur badge number if you prefer).
Shop/venue proof (receipts, membership, booking confirmation).
Machine fault evidence (error screens, other users complaining, time-stamped photos).
VRM keying proof (partial mismatch, app screenshots).
